LOYAL Back to the giveaway

Privacy and SMS Notice

The Ultimate Kit Sweepstakes. Effective 1 September 2026.

This notice covers the giveaway specifically: what we collect when you enter, why, and what you can tell us to do about it. It sits alongside the LOYAL Collection store privacy policy, which covers shopping, orders and the website generally. Where the two differ on the giveaway, this page governs.

1 · Who is responsible

The sweepstakes is run by In Loyal We Trust Inc. (the "Sponsor"), the same party named in section 2 of the Official Rules. The Sponsor is the business that decides what is collected and why.

Questions, requests and complaints all go to one monitored address: order.loyalcollection@gmail.com. A person reads it. We aim to answer within five business days.

2 · What we collect when you enter

Deliberately little. Entering takes a phone number and six taps, and we ask for nothing we do not need to run the draw.

WhatWhy we have it
Your mobile numberIt is how the winner is told they won. It is also the only thing that identifies one entry from another, which is how one entry per person is enforced.
The six styles you pickedThey are the prize. If you win, they are what we send.
Your email address, if you gave oneIt is optional and the entry form says so. It exists as a second way to reach a winner whose number has changed, and, if you ticked the SMS box, it is the address we would use for the same updates. Leave it blank and nothing about your entry changes.
Whether you ticked the SMS boxIt is the record of your consent, or of your refusal. We keep it either way, because being able to prove you were never opted in matters as much as proving you were.
Date and time of entryTo administer the closing date and to resolve disputes about whether an entry landed.
Ordinary web log dataOur host records IP address and browser information automatically, as every web host does, for security and abuse prevention.

We do not ask for your name, your address or any payment information to enter, and the email field is optional. If you win, we will then need a shipping address and the eligibility documents section 8 of the Official Rules describes, and we will ask you for those directly at that point.

3 · Texting you, and the part that is optional

There are two different things here and they are not the same, so they are separated.

The winner text is part of running the draw

If you win, we will text you on or about 23 September 2026 using the number you entered with. That message is how the prize is awarded. It is not marketing and there is no way to enter without it, because a prize nobody can be told about is not a prize.

Marketing texts are optional and always were

The checkbox marked "Text me when my picks drop" is separate, and it is not required to enter and not required to win. Leave it unticked and you are entered exactly the same, with exactly the same chance. Nothing on the entry form changes, and nothing about how your entry is judged changes.

If you do tick it, here is the whole deal:

Stopping marketing texts does not withdraw your entry. If you win, we will still tell you.

And the same applies to email

If you gave an email address and ticked the box, the same consent covers email updates, and every one of them carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from email does not stop the winner notification and does not withdraw your entry. If you gave an address but did not tick the box, we use it only to reach you about this sweepstakes.

4 · Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising. We have never done either and this notice is the commitment not to start.

Your information reaches other companies only where they are doing a job for us, under contract, and only the part they need:

We will also disclose information where the law requires it, and where a state regulator asks for it in connection with a sweepstakes, which is a normal condition of running one.

5 · How long we keep it

Entries are deleted within 90 days of the draw, once the prize has been awarded and the period for disputing the result has closed. We keep the winner's record longer where tax or legal record keeping requires it.

If you ticked the SMS box, your number stays on the marketing list until you reply STOP or ask us to remove it. That is the one piece that outlives the giveaway, and it outlives it only because you asked it to.

6 · What you can tell us to do

You can ask us to do any of the following, whoever you are and wherever you live. Some of these are legal rights in California and elsewhere; we apply them to everyone rather than checking your address first.

Email order.loyalcollection@gmail.com from any address and include the mobile number you entered with, so we can find the entry. We may text that number to confirm the request came from its owner. That check exists to stop somebody else deleting your entry, and it is the only thing we use it for.

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of this. Your entry, and your chance of winning, are unaffected.

7 · Age

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has entered, email us and we will remove the entry.

8 · Security

Entries are submitted over an encrypted connection and stored by our host with access restricted to the Sponsor. No system is perfect and we will not claim otherwise; what we can say is that the amount of information at risk here is deliberately small, which is itself the strongest protection available.

9 · Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects what we do with information already collected, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we use your number will not be applied retroactively without asking you first.
