This is stated first, in capitals, because it is the single line that separates a lawful sweepstakes from an unlawful lottery. A promotion with a prize, chance, and consideration is a lottery, and private lotteries are illegal in every US state. Removing consideration is what makes this legal, so it is stated before anything else and it is repeated in section 5.
This sweepstakes is sponsored by In Loyal We Trust Inc. (the "Sponsor").
The Sponsor is not Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, or any other platform. See section 12.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void in Puerto Rico, all other US territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible.
Why 18 and not 13. The product is adult underwear and the entry mechanism captures a phone number. Collecting personal information from minors triggers COPPA and a set of state analogues, and the cost of getting that wrong is far larger than the entries an under-18 tier would add.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time on August 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on September 21, 2026 (the "Entry Period").
Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
There is one way to enter, and it is free. See 5.2.
Visit the Sweepstakes entry page and submit the entry form, providing your mobile phone number and any other information marked required. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Entry Period.
Providing your phone number is not a purchase and costs nothing. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is optional and is not required to enter or to win, and any consent checkbox on the entry form is unchecked by default.
This paragraph is load-bearing. If entry required agreeing to marketing, a regulator could characterise that agreement as consideration, which would convert this sweepstakes into a lottery. It also matters under the TCPA, where consent must be affirmative and unbundled.
There is no second method of entry, and none is required.
An alternate method of entry exists to remove consideration. A promotion becomes an unlawful lottery only when it combines prize, chance and consideration together, and a free mail-in path is the conventional way to remove consideration where the ordinary route costs the entrant something.
This Sweepstakes has no consideration to remove. The only entry route is already free: submitting a mobile number is not a purchase, no purchase is required, and marketing consent is optional, unbundled and unchecked by default under section 5.1. There is therefore nothing for a second method to cure.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $192.00 USD.
Total ARV of all prizes: $192.00 USD.
The ARV is derived, not estimated. Six pairs at the $32.00 retail price that every other Loyal surface uses is exactly $192.00. Every style in every collection carries the same $32.00 retail price, which is why widening the choice of style does not change the ARV.
Amended 2026-08-16, before any eligible entry was received. This clause previously read "six (6) pairs of LOYAL Collection Classics boxer briefs", which was narrower than the prize advertised on the entry page, and it is widened here rather than narrowed. No entrant's expectation is reduced by this change and the ARV is unchanged.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The ARV is below the $600 threshold at which a Form 1099-MISC would ordinarily be issued, but tax responsibility remains the winner's.
Colourway and size are subject to availability at the time of fulfilment. The prize inventory is drawn from the same stock the launch is selling.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The Sponsor makes no representation as to the number of entries expected. A stated or implied entry count is a claim, and this document does not make claims it cannot support.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, conducted on or about September 23, 2026 by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
The winner will be notified by text message at the mobile number provided at entry, within approximately five (5) business days of the drawing.
The winner must respond within five (5) days of first notification attempt. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries.
The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release before the prize is awarded. Prize will be shipped within approximately thirty (30) days of verification.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, and city and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Deliberately narrow. This does not grant rights to the winner's photograph, likeness, or full name. A brand whose customers value discretion should not take publicity rights it does not need, and the packaging doctrine on this build already reflects that the product is bought quietly.
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Privacy and SMS Notice published for this Sweepstakes, which says what is collected, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted. It will be used to administer this Sweepstakes and, only where the entrant has separately and affirmatively opted in, to send marketing messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of entry or of winning and may be withdrawn at any time.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform.
Entrants release each such platform completely in connection with this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, not to any platform.
Required, and routinely omitted. Meta and TikTok both require a promotion to include a complete release and an acknowledgement that the platform is not involved. Omitting it risks the post being removed, which on this build is expensive because every printed surface points at one Instagram handle and print cannot be patched.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning. In such event the Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the impairment.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, or not received, for any technical malfunction, or for any error in the administration of the Sweepstakes.
Any attempt to deliberately damage the entry site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to all entrants.
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The winner's first name, last initial, city and state will be posted on the Sweepstakes entry page for at least ninety (90) days following the drawing. No request is necessary and no written request is required, because the winners list is published rather than furnished on request.
